" Number ten is a spacious bright, immaculately presented semi-detached villa, which offers a detached garage and good-sized garden grounds to the front and rear. The family proportioned accommodation comprises of an entrance vestibule with full-length glazed window. A further door with small glazed pane leading to the hallway. The w.c./cloakroom is fitted with a small washbasin and w.c. The delightful lounge offers a three paned window to the front and a deep walk in storage cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen is fitted with base and wall units with complimenting work surfaces. Double window to the rear. The dishwasher and washing machine will be included in the marketing price but the fridge/freezer will not. Recess ceiling lighting. Within the dining area there are French doors, which lead out to the enclosed rear garden. Please note that the light fitting within the dining area is not included.
