" This is an excellent flat forming part of the ground floor of an attractive purpose built block. It enjoys an excellent location at the end of a quiet almost traffic free cul de sac and is only moments from the shore. There are lovely country views from the rear and glimpses of the sea past near by properties. The flat is in excellent decorative order and benefits from gas-fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double-glazing throughout. The front door opens from a well kept shared entrance hall into the hall, which gives access to all accommodation. There is a large lounge to the front of the property with double width window providing lots of light. Opening from this is the kitchen which is well fitted with an abundance of wall and floor storage units, wipe clean work surfaces and stainless steel sink and drainer. To the rear of the property are two double bedrooms and there is an attractive modern bathroom equipped with a three-piece white suite comprising w.c., wash hand basin and bath complete with over bath shower.
