" This is a spacious and attractive first floor flat that enjoys lovely views from the front along the Dreel Burn to Anstruther harbour. The flat is within a short walk of all local amenities including harbour, shops, primary school and golf course. The property is presented in good decorative order and benefits from gas fired central heating from a modern combi boiler. Entry is by way of an external stair to the front door which opens into a practical vestibule. From here an inner door leads to the hall. The large lounge is on the front of the property with a front facing window enjoying the beautiful views. There is a wooden floor, wall mounted gas fire and a large alcove, which would be suitable for use as a dining alcove. The kitchen is towards the rear of the property and it is fitted with wall and floor storage units, work surfaces and oven and hob. There is plenty of space for a kitchen table and chairs. The bedroom is on the front of the property enjoying lovely outlooks. There is very deep built in wardrobes and a further storage cupboard and the window has secondary double glazing.
