" This lovely cottage style semi-detached villa is positioned in a beautiful rural position with lovely country outlooks in every direction, and views to the sea and the Isle of May to the South. It is less than two miles from the beautiful coastal village of Pittenweem and there is easy access to other centres including St Andrews, Cupar etc.
The property is presented in excellent decorative order having been well maintained and updated over recent years and with almost-new carpets in many rooms. It benefits from oil fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double glazing throughout.
The front door opens to the entrance hall which gives access to downstairs accommodation and to the stairway leading to the first floor. The large lounge is to the front of the property enjoying the views over the countryside to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with modern wall and floor storage units and a window overlooking the side garden. There is a door from here to the rear vestibule which has a door opening to the back garden and also a large walk in store cupboard. Also at ground floor level is bedroom three which is currently used by the current owners as a dining room.
At first floor level are the two further bedrooms. Bedroom one is positioned to the front and so enjoys elevated views over the countryside to the sea. Bedroom two has lovely country views to the North.
