" This delightful end-terraced villa, dating back to the mid 19th Century, is positioned in an excellent location in Pittenweem within an easy walk of local amenities including shops, caf?s, restaurants, primary school and harbour. Pittenweem is one of a string of pretty coastal fishing villages in the East Neuk of Fife and is within commuting distance of other larger centres including St Andrews, Cupar, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy etc.
Number 9 has come to the market beautifully presented having been the subject of extensive refurbishment, upgrading and extension in recent years. It benefits from gas fired central heating backed up with double glazing to downstairs windows. The installation of two wood burning stoves adds to both the aesthetics of the house and also to the warmth. Original wooden floorboards line the majority of the floors throughout the house adding to the sympathetic upgrading which retains the traditional charm.
At ground floor level is the lounge, dining kitchen and bedroom one, and at first floor are the two further bedrooms and the shower room.
