" This is an attractive and substantial semi detached villa which enjoys an excellent location in this popular village. It is within walking distance of all amenities including the harbour, shops, primary school etc. The house is very well presented and benefits from gas-fired central heating from a combi boiler backed up with sealed unit double-glazing throughout. Particular features include the large lounge with bay window, the good-sized kitchen with range cooker and American style fridge freezer and the attractive refurbished bathroom. All the bedrooms are good-sized doubles and there are beautiful sanded floors and timber finishes in several areas. On the ground floor is the vestibule which opens via an attractive partially glazed door into a good sized hall. This gives access to the lounge and bathroom. The kitchen opens off the lounge. Upstairs is the landing and the three bedrooms. A hatch with Ramsay ladder gives access to the partially floored loft. There are gardens to both front and rear. The front garden is laid out chiefly in gravel for ease of maintenance and provides off street parking for several vehicles.
