" A rarely available Victorian property that offers the opportunity to create a truly stunning family home on a much sought after residential road in East Molesey. Built in 1860, this is a very attractive three storey, four bedroom, semi-detached property which benefits from off street parking for two cars and a lovely secluded west facing rear garden. The property is conveniently located for both nearby shops, local schools and Hampton Court rail station.

The ground floor comprises a front reception room with cast iron open fireplace and interconnecting doors into a second, rear reception room. There is a generous kitchen positioned centrally to the ground floor with a separate utility room to the side with access to the garden. The kitchen leads into the well proportioned dining room which has full width patio doors opening onto the pretty and well maintained garden. Further rooms to this floor include a shower room and access from the hallway to a basement which acts as an excellent storage area.

On the first floor are two of the four bedrooms, both of which are ample sized. The master bedroom has a fireplace and wooden vertical sash windows to the front and the second bedroom with a rear aspect wooden vertical sash window. There is also a family bathroom, a study room and a boiler room.
