" This fabulous home offers well balanced accommodation which has been elegantly and stylishly improved to a fabulous light and fresh finish.

From the hallway, which has lovely wooden flooring, is a fabulous double reception room, which is split into two well defined areas. The gorgeous sitting room extends into a bay window and has an attractive cast iron feature fireplace and is beautifully presented and decorated, making this a wonderful room in which to relax. The equally sizeable dining room also has a very pretty cast iron feature fireplace with tiled inserts and these two rooms combine to make a wonderful entertaining space. The kitchen has a good range of fitted units and work surfaces and has a double oven with a four ring gas hob and extractor hood above, space for a tall freestanding fridge freezer and space and plumbing for a washing machine. A double glazed door leads to a pretty conservatory, which can also be accessed via double doors from the dining room. It has a tiled floor and a door to side access and a further set of double doors lead to the rear garden.

The well appointed staircase leads to the first floor landing and on the half landing there is a picture window adding extra natural light. Double bedroom 1 extends into a bay window and in keeping with the rest of the house is beautifully decorated throughout. Double bedroom 2 has an extensive range of fitted wardrobes and overlooks the rear garden and single bedroom 3 has a wooden floor and is currently being used as a study. All three bedrooms are perfectly serviced by a very smart, double aspect, fully tiled family bathroom, which has a tiled floor and under floor heating and consists of a lovely four piece suite to include a white modern roll top bath, a WC, a bowl shaped wash hand basin with a mixer tap and a seperate shower cubicle.
