" In need of refurbishment, this very attractive home offers nice sized accommodation throughout, with wonderful period features and a delightful rear garden that has river views to the rear.

The small entrance hall gives access to two separate reception rooms. The sitting room extends into a bay window, which has a sash window and a front aspect. It has wood flooring and an attractive brick feature fireplace, with a wooden mantle and tiled hearth and is a lovely room in which to relax (currently being used as a dining room). The dining room also has wood flooring and a sash window and is open to the kitchen, but split into two well defined areas creating a lovely room in which to entertain. The kitchen also has wood flooring and a good range of fitted units and work surfaces and appliances include; an oven, a four ring gas hob with an extractor hood above, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. From the kitchen a door leads to an inner lobby, which has a glazed single door giving access to the garden. A further door leads to the bathroom, which has a window and consists of a three piece white suite to include a panel enclosed bath with a separate shower attachment, a pedestal wash hand basin and a WC.
