" The scene is set the moment you arrive outside the property with its beautiful red brick and attractive entrance porch. On entering the good sized entrance hall, one is struck by a delightful feeling of space with its classic high elevations and other character features include; a beautiful stained glass front door with side inserts and a pretty leaded light stained glass side window. The good sized sitting room extends into a lovely bay window adding extra natural light and further period features include a very attractive cast iron feature fireplace with tiled inserts, a stone mantle and slate hearth and a lovely center ceiling rose, picture rail and cornicing. Decorated in lovely tones, this is a most wonderful room in which to relax. The nicely appointed family room has a gas feature fire with a slate hearth and fabulous wood flooring which leads into a spectacular kitchen / breakfast / dining room which is split into two well defined areas. The fabulous dining room has wonderful wood flooring and a lovely pitched conservatory style glazed ceiling adding an explosion of light and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed via double glazed doors. The double aspect kitchen / breakfast room also overlooks the rear garden and has twin original sash windows, again making this a fabulously light room. Wood flooring continues throughout this area and there is an excellent range of fitted units with granite work surfaces.
