From our Surbiton office travel down Victoria Road. At the end of the road turn right on to Brighton Road. At the traffic lights turn left on to Balaclava Road, at the roundabout take the first exit. After passing under the railway bridge turn right on to Fleece Road, at the roundabout go straight over on to Sugden Road, Bankside Drive can be found a short way down on your left hand side.
