" This excellent family home offers well proportioned accommodation and has a substantial rear garden.
To the ground floor there are two main receptions currently arranged as a living room and dining room and there is also a sizeable conservatory.
From the living room double doors open out to the garden whilst the dining room is open plan to the kitchen. The kitchen has a good range of cupboards and in turn opens out in to the conservatory, from which doors also open to the garden. The kitchen and conservatory have the additional benefit of under floor heating whilst there is also a downstairs cloakroom / utility.
