" This fabulous property was originally built in 1920 and is now one of the most substantial family homes you are likely to find in the area, having been very cleverly and considerately extended by the current owners, to offer the terrific layout over 3 floors. The emphasis is on space and large rooms.

On the ground floor the reception hall has oak flooring and leads to a lovely living room with a feature fireplace and matching oak flooring, which is at the back of the property and overlooks the garden. There is a separate dining room, again in a similar theme, but with decorative beams to the walls and ceiling. There is also a separate study off the hallway. The kitchen is outstanding and is in a traditional style with granite work surfaces and custom-built cabinets. There is a matching central island unit with a butler sink and an integrated wine fridge. There is a dishwasher, range-style cooker and underfloor heating beneath the stone tiles. There is plenty of space for a breakfast table, beside the sash windows allowing one to look over the garden.
