" This family home really needs to be viewed so you can fully appreciate the space it offers, the huge potential to extend (subject to normal planning consents) as well as seeing the well tended garden which extends to over 1/3 acre and backs woodland. Once inside, from the central hallway double doors open onto the large living room. With feature bay window to the front and double doors onto the rear terrace at the back, there is also a working fireplace with its marble hearth and surround. The dining room, to the front, also has a feature bay window whilst the study or family room has double doors from the hallway and has views over the rear garden. The kitchen, which is large enough for a table and chairs, has a Bosch double oven, electric hob, plus plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher as well as a Potterton gas boiler. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, three of which have views over the rear garden. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with basin and wc, whilst the other bedrooms have access to the family bathroom, again with bath, basin and wc. All in all, a spacious family home in this rural spot which, if required, has plenty of space to enlarge, subject to the normal planning permission.

To the front, a block paved driveway provides parking for at least four cars as well as access to the detached brick built double garage which has power and light. The rest of the front is predominantly lawn with a beech hedge to the front boundary and hedging to either side. A side gate leads through to the rear garden which has a westerly aspect and backs onto a wooded area. A large terrace runs along the back and to the side of the house providing a private and secluded area for outside entertaining. Steps leads up to the two lawned areas, mainly laid to grass as well as beds containing plants and shrubs and a brick surrounded vegetable patch which is ideal for growing your own. "
