" With nearly 1800 sq feet of living accommodation and originally built as the show home to the Copthorne Place development in 2005, this semi-detached town house really must be viewed to fully appreciate the space that this family home offers, along with the lovely bright feel and the quality fittings. From the large entrance hall, the living room to the front of the house has a feature bay window and is a ideal room for those formal occasions. However surely the 'hub' of this home has to be the kitchen / dining area with doors leading onto the conservatory. The kitchen has a full range of Siemens built-in appliances which includes dishwasher, '4' ring gas hob, extractor and fitted fridge and freezer, as well as plumbing for a washing machine. A very useful central island, with its breakfast bar, makes this a great area to cook and eat in, with all the work tops finished with granite. Upstairs to the first floor there are 3 /4 bedrooms (our client currently uses the 4th bedroom as a study) with 2 of these bedrooms having built in wardrobes and all have use of the family bathroom with its modern white suite. The master bedroom suite is on the upper floor which has a en-suite shower and a full range of built in wardrobes as well as eaves storage. All in all, this is a lovely home that we cannot recommend highly enough, that you come and view.

Garden

To the front of the house which is well screened to the road, there is a gate and path that leads to the front door. There is a side access to the pretty rear garden which has a patio, which is also accessed from double doors from the conservatory, a grassed area with shrub borders and a timber shed. From here a door leads to the car-port which provides allocated covered parking for 2 cars. "
