" A wonderful opportunity to acquire this unique, three storey Victorian four double bedroom semi-detached character house. The property is situated in the popular village of Ashtead within close proximity of Ashtead mainline train station to London and within catchment for many good primary and secondary schools.

The property has under gone some modernisation by the current owners, however still retains many of its original period features.
