" This two double bedroom character cottage is situated in the heart of Ashtead Village in a quiet residential backwater.
In need of modernisation throughout the property has two reception rooms and a good size kitchen/breakfast room to the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and bathroom. Externally there is gate enclosed garden to the front and 60' garden to the rear which is mainly paved with a further access gate at the far end.
There is no vehicular access to the property but parking is however available in the adjacent Grove Road car park for which permits are available from Mole Valley District Council. An annual resident's permit costs ยฃ350 or ยฃ87.50 quarterly.
