" A delightful central portion of this beautiful Georgian house in a wonderful location on the top of Box Hill, with truly amazing far reaching views towards the South Downs. The property dates back to 1815 and has many character features including high ceilings, parquet flooring, beautiful oak fireplace and surround with marble and tiled inset and feature oak pillars leading to the lean-to conservatory. The adaptable accommodation includes substantial sitting room, large kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, cloakroom, large cellar room and utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Stairs rise from the first floor leading to the second floor and the fifth bedroom.

Situation
The property is situated in Box Hill, set high up in the glorious North Downs. There is a large area managed primarily by the National Trust and offers great opportunities for the cycling, walking and riding enthusiast with extensive bridleways accessed nearby. In the village there is a restaurant, gastro pub 'The Tree', local shops, sub post office and doctor's surgery, whilst further amenities can be found in the nearby towns of Dorking, Leatherhead and Tadworth.
