" As an estate agent, living and working in Banstead for several years, I did not believe it would be possible to buy a substantial four bedroom detached family home, in such an exclusive location within Kingswood, for under £700,000. I was clearly wrong.The approach to this property is fantastic. A private road with houses of the utmost prestige, beautiful views and scenery, a true joy to drive or stroll along.The house was designed by the current owner who had fallen in love with the views from the plot and, to this end, he designed the property so that he could enjoy these views all day long from the triple-aspect first floor lounge, or from the delightful 16' balcony overlooking Woodland Trust land.At just under 2000sq feet, excluding the double garage, it is not a small property. Very suitable for a sizeable growing family, it has all the facilities that you would expect. A modern en-suite bathroom, utility room, study, separate 15'5 dining room, four good sized bedrooms and lots of storage/wardrobes.The owners currently rent, as do their neighbours, a large expanse of land from Network Rail, to extend their amount of garden.
