" This attractive semi detached character home has a lot to offer! With it's eye catching looks, extensive specification, large garden and rear extension, it is both appealing and practical for a family.To the ground floor, there is a spacious 17'10 lounge which opens into a 17' dining room extension that can accommodate a massive table for those traditional family dinners. The kitchen is about three years old and has granite work surfaces, a breakfast bar and space for a range cooker. The downstairs cloakroom and utility room add practicality, whilst the 10' x 9'10 downstairs reception room makes for an ideal study or extra double bedroom.Outside parking shouldn't be a problem as the current vendors have added an attractive new driveway for three cars with an additional 35' of secure parking to the side of the property. The garage has been converted to act as an outside play room and has been used occasionally as extra accommodation. It has been insulated, plaster-boarded and wired.The rear gardens are divided into several areas offering a good degree of seclusion and sunshine.

The garden looks spectacular in spring and summer but does keep us busy...
