" Mere Lodge is a wonderful four bedroom wing of an early Edwardian former manor house originally built in 1902 with later editions. Set over just one floor, it offers lovely period features such as generous ceiling heights, fireplaces and large sash windows which flood each room with light, coupled with a contemporary kitchen and bathrooms. It has superb living space including a dining room, sitting room, and a stunning kitchen breakfast room with vaulted ceiling giving it a real β€˜wowβ€˜ factor, with a utility room just off it. The three principle bedrooms are all a good size with an ensuite bathroom and shower off the main room, a smaller fourth bedroom or study, and a family shower room servicing the other bedrooms. The house is incredibly bright and airy with a neutral decor throughout.

Mere Lodge is located down a private track - the entrance of which is almost opposite Spindlewoods - off The Avenue which runs through central Tadworth and leads conveniently to Tadworth village with its parade of shops and its Zone 6 train station (direct routes to London Bridge in 51 minutes). Popular Tadworth Primary School and Chinthurst School are within easy reach and a greater range of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Epsom which is just a short drive away.
