" This well presented and spacious house on the popular Woodcote Estate is incredibly bright and airy and offers excellent living space along with three good-sized bedrooms. The ground floor contains a separate dining and living room and a lovely kitchen and breakfast room, the latter two of which have doors opening onto a wonderfully sunny and well-kept west-facing garden, ideal for afternoon and evening sun.
