At the rear of the house there is a second reception room which has been sympathetically extended by the current owners. This light and airy room features an attractive period marble fireplace, corniced ceilings and ceiling roses. The French windows give access to the mature rear garden and quarry tiled terrace. The breakfast room also leads off the reception hall and features a bay window overlooking the garden. This room has an original pine dresser. The kitchen, which adjoins the breakfast room, leads into the utility room with space for washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The staircase to the first floor features an original carved oak balustrade and leads to a split level landing. The family bathroom to the left has a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The four bedrooms are arranged around the upper landing. The principal bedroom has a wide bay window overlooking the front garden and a comprehensive range of fitted cupboards. The second bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has fitted cupboards along one wall. The third bedroom to the rear of the house also features fitted cupboards.
