" A spacious, detached family home, tucked away in a secluded close of just three properties at the top of Ashdown Road. Superbly presented and carefully remodelled, the property provides well proportioned, contemporary styled living space including re-fitted bathrooms. To the ground floor there is a good size entrance hall, living room with real flame effect gas stove, a family room/ study with French doors to the garden and a well fitted kitchen which opens into a dining area with a stable door to the garden. The property also offers a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, alternatively this room can also be used as an additional reception room if required. On the first floor there is a large landing, four bedrooms and shower room, all with interesting roof angles and extensive storage cupboards/wardrobes. The property is situated in the sought after College area of Epsom and is conveniently positioned for access to Epsom town centre and station; there are regular services to Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge (approximately 35 minutes).
