Current owners perspective: When I first came to view this house it was urgently in need of TLC, but I loved the ?window wall? in the lounge that looks out onto the garden and the high ceilings and coving. It took a couple of years of hard slog to completely refurbish the house, inside and out, but it has been worthwhile. There is a spacious front drive and a good sized rear garden that gets the sun until around 5pm and the house has been maintained in excellent decorative order, that all make it a great family home. We are within walking distance of Epsom Downs and have convenient local shops and also enjoy easy access to railway stations and the M25.
