" As you walk up the driveway it is apparent that our clients have gone to huge lengths to create a beautiful home. The property offers both practical and spacious accommodation and retains much of the character. The large front reception room is a lovely space to spend time in front of the fire during the colder months or to unwind after a hard day at the office. The second reception is currently arranged as the main living room but being adjacent to the kitchen would make for an ideal dining room and boasts a log-burning stove. The kitchen has been fitted to an extremely high standard with hand built Neptune units complimented by granite work surfaces, Belfast sink and range of integrated appliances. From the main kitchen the property has been extended to incorporate a lovely breakfast room which in turn has French doors leading out to the garden. As you progress upstairs the property continues to impress. Originally built as a three bedroom home our clients have made great use of the space and the master bedroom is simply stunning with stripped wood floors and an abundance of wardrobes and leads through to the stunning en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is again a super size and has the huge advantage of its own en suite shower room. Once outside the rear garden has been beautifully landscaped with patio area directly out from the kitchen breakfast room and is mainly laid to lawn with an abundance of shrubs and planting. To the front the property offers off street parking which is something of a rarity in properties of this age. We cannot impress on you enough just how wonderful a home this is, an internal inspection is essential and can be arranged by contacting Curchods the vendor?s Sole agent. "
