" Boasting spacious accommodation throughout, the property currently offers two large double bedrooms, large living room, separate dining room, spacious kitchen and shower room. Placed on a very generous and wide plot the property offers an abundance of scope for further expansion (STPP). The gardens are well established with mature planting, a patio area and lawn. At the rear of the garden is a separate section of land adjoining the private towpath which is owned by the National Trust, our clients have had use of a leased mooring in the past but no longer keep the facility, we believe this could be reinstated by agreeing a new lease with the National Trust. Many of the neighbouring properties have direct access across this land and enjoy views over the Navigation. To the front of the property there is off-street parking for several vehicles leading up to a detached garage.
