" When entering this house the first thing that strikes you is the abundance of natural light streaming in through the skylight window above the hall. There is no doubt this has been a very well thought out home that has been lavished with attention and sympathetically extended.

The lounge diner is an 'L' shape with under floor heating, remote controlled air conditioning, a Hail lighting system and bi folding doors to the rear garden. It is also wired for dolby surround sound, has ceiling speakers and cat 5 network cables. The kitchen is well equipped with a good range of eye and base level units and finished with wooden doors and granite work surfaces with spaces for appliances.

There is an extra separate reception room, formally the garage, which is finished off with wooden flooring, has a large front aspect double glazed window and a skylight. Perfect for a family room or play room for the children. The study has built in cupboards, cat 5 network wiring and is an excellent place to shut yourself off and work from home, with loft space above.
