" It is worth taking a moment before one enters to just stop and enjoy the look of this lovely Victorian home with its double fronted bay windows with the original sash design and slate tiled roof tops, classic arched entrance porch and stylish front door.

Upon entering the hall one is hit by the instant feel of charm, elegance, light and space, with solid wood floor boards and clean fresh lines and one immediately gets the feel of a home from a bygone age. The many character features of the property are cleverly balanced with the modern features one would expect from a home in this day and age. It is the balance of the two plus the presentation and quality of finish that are the truly appealing aspects of this fine residence.

There is a beautiful dining room with a feature fireplace which leads into a well equipped and integrated kitchen. From here and moving towards the rear of the property there is a useful utility area with downstairs cloakroom plus a further study which overlooks the south west facing garden. There is also a stunning through living room with a feature fireplace and a classic bay window to the front and double opening doors to the garden.

From the hallway one is taken up the easy rising wide and turning staircase with a half landing and feature arched window taking full advantage of the southerly aspect views over the rear garden. There are four good size bedrooms upstairs served by a family bathroom. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a door leading into an excellent en-suite bathroom with a partially sunken bath. There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom which includes a double vanity unit.

In our opinion, the whole property is presented in excellent order throughout, is very tastefully decorated and retains much of the character feel of the property which we understand from our vendor dates back to about 1895. There are many original features such as sash windows within the property and an internal viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the charm that this property has to offer. "
