" A modern and well presented three bedroom, two bathroom home with the benefit of allocated private parking.Situated along a quiet cul-de-sac and still within NHBC warranty this home is all about the detail. With the benefit of built-in wardrobes for bedrooms one and two there is also an en-suite shower room for the master bedroom that has both tiled floors and walls with a warmth exuded by the depth of colour and the reflective gloss finish. For all the sanitary ware there are wall hung toilets and sinks giving clear floor space, ideal for easy up keep and with a quality that is Villeroy & Boch.
