" Built new in 2012 by Runnymede Homes a smartly presented two double bedroom terraced home with remaining NHBC warranty.As one of eight new homes built on an established residential road, the tile hung fa?ade is a welcome aesthetic whilst the double glazing, gas central heating, LED recessed lighting and under floor heating (on the ground floor) offer modern day comfort/convenience. All the walls have just been repainted whilst on the ground floor there is the advantage of a downstairs cloakroom and fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, brand new four ring electric ceramic hob (bought and installed in September 2020) and eye/low-level units. Linking the kitchen, hall and WC the tiled floor offers both style and durability. In the living/dining room there is a useful under stairs cupboard, TV aerial/satellite points and French doors giving direct access to the garden/patio. Other features include two smoke alarms, chrome plated power sockets/light switches and new fitted carpets.Both bedrooms have fitted bespoke wardrobes supplied by Lawrence Walsh Fine Furniture, CAT5, TV, satellite and FM/DAB points whilst the main bathroom has tiled floor/walls, a shower/bath, a light well and extractor. Powering the hot water and heating there is Vaillant gas combination boiler located in the airing cupboard. In the garden there is mostly lawn and a patio area surrounded by a mixture of shrub/plant borders and a gate to the service pathway. In the front there is allocated off street parking for two cars whilst within a half mile there is Marks & Spencer/Tesco superstores and Byfleet/New Haw train station.To the end of the road Byfleet Village has local shops, services, restaurants, bank and three pubs whilst in the adjacent cul-de-sac (Kings Head Lane) there is access to recreational grounds and a popular junior school.
