" Set along a tree lined road within Dartnell Park, West Byfleet this four double bedroom detached property has been extended both front and rear. With a more equal balance upstairs and downstairs all rooms offer good proportions and scope to customise. In the German refurbished kitchen there are integrated appliances, fitted cupboards and Corian work surfaces. From the kitchen the open plan adjoining dining/family room offers both access to the double integral garage and French doors leading out onto the patio and garden. In the main 'L' shaped living room there remains original parquet flooring, and open fire place and more recently the extended sun room with tiled floor and French doors out onto the garden. Presently the garage has been divided to offer additional reception space but easily reversible should the garage be needed for its primary purpose.
