" If you are after a peaceful tucked away position, then this has to be a good contender. Situated at the end of a small walkway just off Vale Road is this excellent three bedroomed home. The property has some lovely character features with a feature open fireplace in the lounge and sash windows to many rooms. There is a good sized entrance hall which in turn leads through to the dining room which has a raised gas stone effect fireplace and also gives direct access into the kitchen which is at the front of the house and comprises a matching range of eye level and base units with granite worksurface areas and integrated appliances. From the dining room there is a step down to the lounge, which really is a most inviting room and enjoys a rear and side aspect with views over the lovely landscaped patio garden to the side of the house. Upstairs on the first floor there are two good sized bedrooms both looked after by a bathroom with separate shower cubicle. It should be noted that the rear bedroom on this floor enjoys delightful views of the surrounding neighbourhood and up towards the Oatlands Park Hotel. Further stairs then lead up to the top floor where there is an additional bedroom with velux windows to front and rear and it's own en suite bathroom. Again the views to the rear from this bedroom are far reaching and quite surprising.

The property is approached via a wrought iron gate leading to a small area of paved garden leading up to the front of the house and to the side of the property there is a large area of patio garden facing South and enjoying a fair degree of privacy and seclusion.
