" This attractive 1950s detached family home has been occupied by the current owner for 39 years. The accommodation is light and well planned, arranged over two floors and overlooks a secluded rear garden. The entrance hall leads to a spacious open plan living room with a double aspect, open fire place and steps to the lounge with doors leading out to the garden. There is a separate dining room study which has a front to back aspect with doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen at the back of the house has a range of eye level and base level units and plenty of worktop space. The first floor accommodation comprises three bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes. The principal bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom and seperate WC.

Situation
Ideally located within 12 mile of Weybridge mainline station and a few hundred yards of Queens Road shops, the property nestles in a secluded setting. Weybridge provides an excellent range of bars, restaurants, banks and shops including superstores at nearby Brooklands. It is also in a catchment area for state and private schools. The local area also benefits from numerous golf, health and tennis clubs and access to some of the most attractive countryside surrounding the river Wey and Thames. The A3 is within 3 miles for London and major airports via the M25.
