" This modern townhouse is situated in a small private development and offers spacious and versatile living accommodation spread over four floors. On the raised entry level, there is a spacious hall, with wood flooring, and double doors leading to a generous dining room with Juliette balcony overlooking the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with modern contemporary units, black granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances. A split level lower ground floor offers a family room with high ceilings and doors leading to the garden. There is also a separate study and one of two cloakrooms, and access to the single integral garage. Up on the first floor is a formal sitting room with fireplace. There is a spacious master bedroom suite at the front with a refitted en-suite shower room. The top floor has a guest suite with en-suite shower room, a refitted family bathroom and two further bedrooms overlooking the rear.

This property is located off a private road within 1/4 mile of Weybridge station and 1.5 miles from Weybridge town centre and local state schools.
