" This four bedroom family home is tucked away in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. The entrance hall leads you to all principal reception rooms. The kitchen offers a range of eye and base level units with plenty of worktop space. There is a separate utility room and a cloakroom. The living room has a double aspect, a bay window to the front and a feature fireplace. There is a spacious dining room which leads you to a large conservatory across the back of the house. Located in a quiet private road. The property is ideally located for family living and commuting being within the catchment of local state and numerous private schools, whilst also being within easy reach of both Weybridge and Walton mainline stations which provide a service into London Waterloo. The local shops on the Queens Road parade are within 0.5 mile beyond which the town centre of Weybridge provides a more vibrant and varied shopping experience with numerous bars, banks, restaurants and shops.
