" There is a partly hidden and particularly unique aspect to this detached property that needs to be seen to fully appreciate. Namely, the garden, which is a complete revelation and extends in a triangular shape to approximately 90 feet in depth and along the rear perimeter is 100 feet in width. The mature surroundings create a complete oasis of seclusion and provides further scope for enlargement to the existing house. The property was built in 1952 and has more than a hint of 1930's architecture and style. This can be seen in the herringbone block-wood flooring, high ceilings and bay-windows. It is also worth noting the living room has an open fireplace. Further accommodation includes the kitchen, separate breakfast room and dining room. Upstairs, all three bedrooms are doubles and the family bathroom suite has been completely redesigned and fitted over the past few years, and now includes an enclosed bath, wall mounted shower, w.c and washbasin. At the same time the ground floor w.c was also replaced. Externally, the corner position creates a significant level of seclusion to both the front and rear elevations and the section of land to the side would appear to lend itself ideally to extend, (subject to the usual consents). Equally, the immediate surroundings are very attractive, where many properties have undergone significant improvements. Walton-on-Thames Mainline Station is within walking distance and would take about 15/20 minutes to reach on foot. "
