" Built during the 1950's and extended on two previous occasions, this semi-detached property still offers further scope to enlarge, particularly on the ground-floor, subject to the required consents. The unusual plot design has created two separate outside areas including a sizable side-garden and wide frontage onto Cardinal Drive. Internally, the main living room and dining room are open-plan, although still operate as two distinct areas, but with the benefit of more natural light throughout the reception areas. Further ground-floor accommodation includes the kitchen-breakfast area, leading through to the utility room, downstairs w.c and internal access to the integral garage. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms in total, two of which, form part of the first-floor extension above the garage. Replacement double-glazing was fitted throughout much of the property in 2004, and a new boiler was plumbed-in during 2006. Externally, the garden format could suit a number of different requirements ranging from vegetable planting through to providing additional space to store further cars/boats or workshop area. Adjacent to the side-garden is the private driveway, comfortably absorbing two cars in front of the single garage. "
