" Dating back to the late Victorian period, and believed to be built in the mid 1890's, there is already a hint of the soon-to-arrive Edwardian influence within the architecture. This is perhaps most notable for the higher ceilings, original floor tiling evident in the entrance porch and coloured glass within the front door and side windows. Also, the living room is noticeably larger than some character properties of a similar nature and is made all the more inviting by a large bay window and wood burning stove. Further accommodation includes a large kitchen-breakfast room offering a full range of units, ample space for table and chairs and double-doors opening directly out into the garden. Additional reception space includes a dining room

(with fireplace) opening into double-glazed garden room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, all of which offer excellent proportions and there is also a three piece family bathroom suite.
