" A rarely available semi-detached chalet bungalow located at the end of Ashford Gardens, a cul-de-sac in the very popular 'Tilt' area of Cobham. The property offers well proportioned and spacious accommodation, the entrance hall is a generous space and though out the property there are large windows creating an airy and spacious feeling. The main reception room measuring almost 20ft has a working fire place and opens onto the garden conservatory. Ashford Gardens is a cul-de-sac situated off the 'The Tilt', a delightful sought after area of Cobham offering a superb balance of a semi-rural lifestyle. The property is well positioned for country walks across the bridge over the River Mole and on to Downside and even beyond to Bookham Common. Cobham and Stoke D'Abernon Station is within a mile and provides a regular service to London Waterloo in approximately 43 minutes. The High Street is within easy access, in part by following the pretty riverside pathway. Cobham Village has a variety of excellent local shops and restaurants, while more comprehensive retail and leisure facilities can be found in the county town of Guildford.

There are superb road links close by with access to the A3, which gives access to junction 10 of the M25 and Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
