" This wonderful family home has been thoughtfully extended and improved and provides fantastic and versatile accommodation over both floors. It is presented in excellent condition and retains a wealth of character features to include high ceilings, bay windows, open feature fire place, sash windows, oak flooring, dado and picture rails and pretty centre ceiling mouldings. The scene is set the moment you arrive at the property with its pretty elevations and this continues the moment you enter the hallway with its attractive chequered black and white tiled floor. The lovely front reception room extends into a bay and has wood flooring, a beautiful ceiling centre rose moulding and a very pretty cast iron open feature fire place with a slate hearth and marble surround and fitted cupboards and shelving either side. Light, bright and airy and decorated in neutral colours, this is a fabulous room in which to relax.
