" This is a beautiful family home which has been extended and improved and has the ultra convenience of being moments away from Esher's cosmopolitan high street and mainline train station.

You enter via a pretty porch and into a spacious hallway which has a tiled floor and a beautiful leaded light stained glass front door. The dining room has a front aspect which extends into a bay window, which has pretty leaded light glass above and character features include; a gorgeous case iron feature fireplace with a stone mantle and granite hearth, picture rails, dado rails and a lovely centre ceiling rose, making this a lovely room in which to dine. The good sized kitchen breakfast room also has a tiled floor with under floor heating and a door to side access and an excellent range of fitted units and work surfaces. There is ample space for a table and chairs and fitted appliances include; an oven, a microwave, a four ring gas hob with extractor hood above, space and plumbing for a washing machine and a dishwasher. To the rear of the property is a nice sized living room which has a wooden floor and character features to include; a pretty cast iron feature fireplace, cornicing, picture rail and dado rail and a centre ceiling rose. Glazed double doors lead to a nice sized conservatory overlooking the South facing rear garden, which can be accessed via double glazed double doors.
