" A sizeable family home with over 2750 sq. ft. of space, located in Carrick Gate, a popular road ideally positioned midway between Esher High Street and the Station. Reception space on the ground floor is predominantly open plan, yet divided into zones, there is a TV room 'snug' which could also be a secondary larger study area. The kitchen is a good size, with enough space for a breakfast table, a larger kitchen could easily be created by 'knocking through' to the family room. Situation
Set in an ideal location, midway between Esher High Street and the Station.
