" This is a wonderful opportunity to own a spacious two bedroom ground floor garden flat. The large sitting room extends into a bay window with a front aspect and has an attractive brick feature fireplace and is a wonderful room in which to relax. The kitchen has a tiled floor and a range of units and work surfaces and appliances include a double oven, a four ring gas hob with extractor hood above and space for a freestanding fridge. A door leads to an inner lobby which has a front and back door to the garden and there is a large utility room with space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer and space for additional white goods. Bedroom 1 is a good sized double, which overlooks the rear garden and bedroom 2 is also a nice sized double, also enjoying rear garden views and is currently being used as a dining room. The family bathroom has a tiled floor and a window and consists of a three piece white suite to include a panel enclosed bath with a shower attachment above, a pedestal wash hand basin and a WC. To the rear there is a good sized patio terrace ideal for al fresco dining, leading to an extensive private lawn, which is nicely screened with a mixture of mature trees, shrubs and hedgerow.
