" This is a spacious well presented first floor flat. Enter through the front door and follow the stairs which lead up to the central hallway. All the rooms are accessed from here. Immediately on the right is the master bedroom which is a good size double room containing fitted wardrobes. Next to the master bedroom is the spacious, modern kitchen which comes complete with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are also ample wall and base units for storage. Immediately across from the kitchen is the rear facing bedroom 2, which again is a really good size and contains a built in cupboard. Next to the second bedroom is a small utility room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious bright lounge can be found at the end of the central hallway and is ideal for entertaining. Completing the rooms is the large family bathroom which is nicely decorated and includes a double electric shower unit and a feature sink with cascade tap.
