Coldstream consists of several Ex Local Authority villas immediately off the Meadowfoot Road within the popular coastal town of West Kilbride. Within walking distance of the village centre and all it's associated amenities - including the railway station - this terraced villa has had the same occupiers since the property was built in the 1970s'.

In more detail the accommodation on offer comprises spacious reception hall, front facing lounge which is partially open plan to the dining room to the rear. There is a substantial conservatory which connects to both the dining room and the kitchen and leads out onto the enclosed rear garden. From our office on Main Street Largs proceed south bound along the Irvine Road and leave the town. Pass through the village of Fairlie and continue on towards West Kilbride. On entering West Kilbride take first left up Portencross Road (B7048) and at the roundabout take the third exit on your right which is St Bride's Road. Proceed downhill and cross Gateside Street. Turn right along Meadowfoot Road and pass the railway station on the left hand side. Pass through the traffic lights and Coldstream is shortly along here on your right hand side. No.10 is within the terrace on your left.
