This is a completely refurbished, well presented furnished or unfurnished property in Newmilns in a lovely riverside location. Enter through the front door into the central hallway. The spacious lounge is immediately on the right. Bright and airy, the lounge is perfect for entertaining. There is a separate dining area within the lounge with French doors leading to the rear garden. The modern kitchen is located at the end of the hall. With plenty of wall and base units for storage, the kitchen comes complete with gas oven and hob, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer. The bedrooms are accessed via a staircase leading from the central hallway. The master bedroom is at the rear of the property and is a good size double room while bedroom 2 is located at the front of the property. This room enjoys a lovely outlook over the River Irvine. The modern family bathroom is also at the rear and has a Jacuzzi bath, heated towel rail and a mains-fed shower. Completing the rooms is the third bedroom which is accessed via a staircase from the upper landing. This is a lovely, bright room set within the roof space and contains 2 Velux windows. The property is double glazed throughout and has a small garden area at the front. The larger rear garden is fully paved with a separate patio area.
