" 1 Stanecastle Gate in Irvine is a beautiful traditional blonde sandstone property. These properties are rarely seen for sale and it is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a truly unique and quirky home. Due to the large amount of land and the layout of the house, it is the perfect property to enlarge with an extension (This has been done by a neighbouring property).

On entering the property there is an inner hallway which provides access to all the downstairs living accommodation. The lounge benefits from built in storage cupboards and full height windows to allow plenty of natural light to flood in. It has a living flame fire with a traditional fireplace creating a focal piece. The fitted kitchen comprises of white base and wall units with a complimentary black worktop and slate floor. There is a lovely feature brick wall to one end of the kitchen and a brick archway to enter it which fits the style of the house perfectly. Off the kitchen there is a porch with a door to the outside.
