" Beautifully presented semi-detached house situated within the quiet village of Alves. The accommodation has been modernised to a high standard with generous room sizes throughout, an enclosed rear garden and ample off-street parking.

On entry to the property there is a welcoming hallway with access to the lounge, kitchen, bathroom, staircase and under stair storage cupboard. There is a spacious lounge with three windows allowing for good quality natural light, a feature wood burner and surround. The kitchen is a contemporary design with integrated white goods and ample dining space. From the kitchen there is access to the extended part of the property which consists of a roomy utility room that has door access to the rear garden.
