" Spacious first floor flat situated in a central position of Elgin exclusively available to occupiers 55 years of age and over. There are spacious rooms throughout the accommodation, neutral décor, resident drying and parking area, newly installed modern kitchen and many amenities within walking distance.

The property is accessed via a communal secure building entrance which leads into a communal hallway and stairwell.

Upon entry to the flat the hallway provides access into the lounge, shower room and bedroom. Within the hallway there is a large walk-in cupboardpantry with fitted shelving and a separate linen cupboard which houses the hot water tank and storage shelves.
